I was born and raised on the West side of Athens, specifically in Petroupoli. The yard with my grandmother tending to her flowers, the care of stray animals, the Sunday table full of laughter and life were for me the first images that led me to the will to give, to altruism and to the transmission of Love. After practicing my profession as a nurse, a graduate of the Athens School of Nursing, the contact with fellow humans and the need for communication and interaction led me to work for many years at two of the largest multinational companies in the world, Vodafone and P&G.

My connection with nature and at the same time my experience in sales brought out in me the passion for making natural cosmetics, and so I decided to pursue a master's degree in the study and manufacture of natural products at the Kapodistrian University of Athens. Theta Healing® came later in my life, I took the necessary seminars and wanted to pass on everything I learned and experienced to those around me. With my training in NLP® Time line® and hypnotherapy, I can say with certainty that self-knowledge is a one-way street and I really want to walk it with you.
